Leading Chipman Design's financial operations, Jesse plays a pivotal role as Chief Financial Officer. For almost two decades at the firm, Jesse has demonstrated financial, strategic, and executive leadership expertise. Growing the Accounting Team to five people, Jesse was promoted to one of the firm’s Principals in 2019 prior to being named CFO in 2020.
With her proven efficiency and productivity, she has successfully managed the firm’s accounting processes in retail, restaurant, and hospitality studios. Known as “the woman who does everything,” Jesse excels at defining best practices for the Accounting Department and collaborating with Principals and Account Managers across the firm’s national offices. Leveraging her accounting, financial analysis, and communication competencies, Jesse is a tremendous asset in driving the firm’s growth and expansion programs across global operations.
Jesse obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Miriam College, Philippines.
